I would like to thank you for all the support you have provided the Breath In Poetry Collective throughout 2011. It was definitely a great year.
By showing up you were able to provide the support needed for the 2011 Edmonton Slam team to travel to Toronto and win the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word Championship. All thanks to you.
Furthermore, in terms of attendance, this year has been outstanding. It proves that your support has increased.
When we approached new attendees to Rouge lounge, more often than not they said a friend recommended the poetry night, and that they were satisfied and would recommend their friends in return.
I can not emphasize how grateful we are here at the Breath In Poetry collective.
Continue your support and we will continue providing a great poetry hub for you to share or listen to poetry.
Remember we are going to be back on the 24th of January as well.
I hope to see you guys at the season opener.

i’m new to the town, first year in UofA … arrived couple months ago from lebanon.
i’m not a poet , but i’m a big fan of Slam poetry , so i was searching for slam nights in edmonton and ended up seing that on the 24th there’s a meeting …
i would like to know if i can join , just to watch and support …
