Hello family and friends,
Tonight like every Tuesday night we are at Rouge Lounge (117 and Jasper) for some poetry.
Our Cfsw qualifying slams are over. Team Edmonton members Colin, Madgine, Kathryn, Liam and Sara have been chosen
to represent and defend our title. The slams for team Edmonton slams might have ended, but
we are already underway planing for the summer slams. This year will be different. The format will be that of the Vancouver
Indies. The reason is simple, whomever wins the summer slam will represent Edmonton in the Vancouver international indie Slam.

Open Mic
Every Tuesday, unless otherwise stated, we are having open mic nights. Come out and polish your poems on stage. Or you can try
out a new piece and see how it makes you feel.
If you aren’t a poet but love poetry, this is a great time to see poetry being perfected.
Come out one night, we would love to see your wonderful faces.
